Pressure is only building on Israeli officials to bring back the136 people who are believed to still be held captive inside Gaza, with President Isaac Herzog being booed at a major event in Tel Aviv, Al Jazeera reports.

He was trying to draw international awareness to the issue, toward the end of a 24-hour rally in Tel Aviv marking 100 days since October 7, but audience members screamed “Now! Now!” and booed his speech, “practically drowning him out”, according to the Times of Israel.

Herzog asked the crowd to pause their chanting so he could continue his speech.
