ICJ to begin deliberations on Israel genocide case after public hearings conclude

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has said it will now begin its deliberations on South Africa’s genocide case against Israel for the latter’s atrocities and military offensive in the Gaza Strip since October 7.

According to a post on social media platform X, the ICJ’s decision will be delivered at a public sitting, the date of which will be announced in due course.
