“There’s more death and construction concentrated In Khan Younis, where most of the intense fighting not only by air but also on the ground [has taken place],” Hani Mahmoud from Al Jazeera reports.

“More invading Israeli forces are expanding their military operation to the central part of Khan Younis, where in the past hour a residential tower in the heart of Khan Younis was completely destroyed. Al-Fara Tower, a 12 storey building that is part commercial and part residential, is the highest building in central Khan Younis.

“What happened not only caused this destruction to the building but also a great deal of damage to the surrounding homes. We are talking about at least 10 more residential homes that have been severely damaged by the destruction of this residential/commerical tower in the heart of Khan Younis.” he adds
