Hamas has accused Israel of targeting a home sheltering civilians in Jabalia in northern Gaza on Saturday evening, saying that an attack on killed dozens of people, mostly women and children, Al Jazeera reports.

The Palestinian group said the bombing is a “new war crime” and “an extension of the genocidal war” Israel is waging against civilians.
