SAHIWAL: A labourer was buried alive under the heap of sand inside a well in village 190/9-AL near Harappa on Monday.

Rescue 1122 failed to retrieve Nasir Masih who was inside the well to bring bricks when the sand fell on him.

Rescue personnel dug the well 18-foot deep but they had yet to find the labourer.
