Another case over seminary issue

KASUR: Khudian police registered a third case on the seminary land issue on Thursday while social circles fear that sectarian elements can fan the clash further.

On April 4, Khudian police lodged a criminal case against Sub-Inspector Jamil Khan for allegedly manhandling a woman. The case was lodged after a video went viral on social media showing the SI torturing a woman.

Five days after the incident, Khudian police lodged another criminal case against 13 suspects, including eight police officials, on the complaint of Arsh Isma, who claimed that the suspects had manhandled her at the seminary where she and others were present.
