KARACHI: A 10-year-old missing boy was found murdered in the Manghopir area on Monday, police said.

They added that the body of the boy was located in a hilly area. He was throttled with a belt, said Manghopir DSP Khalid Khan. The body was partially decomposed.

He had been missing since Dec 7 from Gulshan-i-Ghazi Goth in the same vicinity. The family had lodged his missing report on the same day.

Quoting the family, the DSP said that the boy worked at a barbershop. He had left the shop to answer the call of nature but did not return to the workplace or home.
