The three-day event featured 270 golfers and was held simultaneously at the KGC and the Defence Authority Golf and Country Club (DACGC) over the first two days with the top 60 finishers being given a PGF card as a professional.
Zubair’s final-round 73 and Ashir’s 71 saw them end the event level at three over-par 219. In the playoff on the 18th hole, Zubair had a par while Ashir finished with a bogey.
