PTCL complaints

MOST people have only one landline phone which remains out of oder very often.

One has to normally ask a neighbour or smetimes a friend or family member to make a complaint. It used to be the practice that when a complaint was made, a number was given.

Now some brilliant manager has come up with an innovation: “give another number.” Why? For one thing, how will the other person know if the phone has been set right.

Worse still, they insist on getting a cellphone number. They are torturers because it always rings in the middle of the night. Last Sunday it rang for the third time as my friend had by mistake given my cell number. Why should he or another person be bothered?

Can PTCL be persuaded to come to their senses.
