Palestinians and Italian pro-Palestine supporters, a few hundred of them, gathered near the Colosseum on Friday to mark the anniversary of the construction of the West-Bank barrier in Jerusalem and to protest against continuing occupation in Palestinian lands. Protesters shouted anti-Israel slogans and erected a cardboard wall to symbolize the West Bank barrier.
