Symposium ends
The three-day symposium held under the auspices of Pakistan Hypertension League (PHL) at Chandka Medical College concluded here on Sunday with the note that less eating with 40 minutes mandatory brisk walk could prove as a strong shield against hypertension.
Symposium convener Prof Saeed Ahmed Sangi said that more than 1,200 renowned cardiologists and experts had read out their research papers and shared their experiences and studies with the participants in different sessions.
