ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday summoned all the inquiry files for the rental power-case and adjourned the hearing of till Oct 1, DawnNews reported.
A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case.
The chief justice remarked that “Raja Pervez Ashraf had admitted that the four projects were not tendered.” Adding that, he asked that why action was not taken against it.
The apex court summoned the records of each individual and subsequently adjourned the hearing until Oct 1.
