I WOULD like to go out of my country and settle abroad where my potential and talent as a doctor is not humiliated. If I get entry into any country aboard, I am sure I will be rewarded much irrespective of my caste, creed and colour.

A couple of days ago I appeared in a test for the post of demonstrator at the Federal Medical and Dental College, Islamabad. The first part of the test was written; I qualified with flying colours. Later, we waited for more than four hours for the interview. We were interviewed; I did well again. But the result has not been announced yet.

I am puzzled to see that the department concerned of the Federal Medical and Dental College takes no responsibility to reply on the phone to candidates who call them to confirm as to whether he has been selected. They give other telephone numbers for confirmation of selected candidates. Those numbers turn out to be incorrect.

Indeed, this cold attitude has made me extremely annoyed. How unfortunate we are that we are debased every day.I request the principal of the Federal Medical and Dental College, the prime minister and the president to guide their subordinates to have good manners as other developed nations do.
