FAISALABAD: Pakistan won the international beach handball tournament arranged by University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) in collaboration with the Pakistan Handball Association here on Saturday.

Teams from Afghanistan and Nepal participated in the tournament.

The concluding session of the tournament was chaired by UAF Vice Chancellor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan while Syed Arif Hassan, President of the Pakistan Olympic Association was a guest of honour on the occasion.

The final match was played by Pakistan white and Afghanistan in which Pakistan white beat Afghanistan 20-12.

The teams were awarded golden, silver and bronze medals.
