Mustafa Kamal, you wanted support for your election and now anyone would say this to save face. Pakistan gave you overwhelming for Test cricket status in late 1990's and now for your ICC presidency. All we got both times was backstabin from you. From now on Pakistan must boycott all series with Bangladesh, we have to hold our pride too. We can play tournament games at a third country with them but no need to show bhai chara to these double crosser from now on.

Ground realities also confirm that starting from the last week of April till the last week of September, its so hot in the great city of Lahore that playing 'civilized cricket' is almost impossible. Therefore, the best bet under prevailing circumstances on both sides of the border will be close this file and move on, as they say in America. I am sure there must be lots of other cricket activities that PCB and BCB can concentrate upon if they show the real guts and the grits of a true sportsman and postpone this much talked about tour of the Bangladeshi national team to Pakistan till start of the next 2012-2013 cricket season in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Perhaps you have lived longer than I have and have experienced the peaceful times that our country once had, but for majority of the last two generations the phrase "land of the pure" makes a mockery of our current situation. Please live in the present and apply the same phrase that you quoted "sometimes, in order to hide one lie, one has to tell thousands of lies" to yourself (aka stop lying to yourself about the greatness of our country when in reality it is in tatters). I love my country more than you can understand which is why I do not wish to see another incident like the attack on Srilankan Cricket Team, therefore I was pleased with Bangladesh's decision to postpone the tour until the situation in our country improves. Please remember that it only took one incident to cancel all home games from our country for years, and if another incident were to occur then ........ i don't know what would happen. I expect more logical reasoning from people such as yourself (Dr.) for if you can't see the quagmire facing us then there is very little hope for our situation to improve.

Honestly speaking, Bengalis are universally known to be very selfish type of people, ungrateful and unreliable. Till the point of their purposes remainging unfulfilled, they can act in everway to be obedient, faithful and a 'yes man' but once that purpose is realised they change or even back-stab. I think we should not get into that because everybody knows who is responsible for creating such situations in India. But thank God we have prevailed and cricket is alive and kicking here. I wish that all concerned understood that its always better to be friends than to be foes.
