TOBA TEK SINGH, April 15: A man was murdered allegedly by his son over a farmland dispute on Sunday in Chak 342-JB, Gojra tehsil, Nawan Lahore police said.

Asghar Ali Kamboh had contracted two marriages. Shahzad, one of his seven sons from his first wife, axed him to death when Asghar was negotiating the sale of his farmland with some buyers.

The police arrested the accused and registered a murder case on the complaint of Akbar Ali Kamboh, younger brother of the deceased.
