LAHORE, Nov 25: An additional district and sessions judge on Friday issued a notice to the Racecourse station house officer for Nov 30 on a petition seeking registration of a case against former chief minister Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa and his seven accomplices for killing his wife, Sapna Khan.

Misal Khan filed the petition and alleged that Dost Khosa and his accomplices kidnapped his daughter Sapna and killed her later.

The petitioner said that on June 22, his daughter told him that Dost Khosa asked her to come at 12-B Aikman Road GOR-I residence of the minister. He said Sapna left her house on that day but never returned. He said Sapna had two cell phones but both were switched off since her disappearance.

The petitioner alleged that Dost Khosa also intimidated him and his family when they tried to ask him Sapna’s whereabouts.

He said an application for registration of a murder case against Khosa and others was submitted to the police but they showed reluctance to register a case.
