NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Aug 3: A man is feared to have been kidnapped after his car was found abandoned here on Tuesday night. Police impounded the car on Wednesday

which was parked outside an iron workshop on main road of the city since Tuesday night.

Liaquat Arain and Dr Abdul Qadeer Memon, whose clinic is opposite the workshop, told this correspondent that police were immediately informed which opened the door of the car with the help of a mechanic.

A B-form of a person, resident of Kandhkot, a purse and a hand bag and CNG receipt were found from the car which showed that CNG had last been filled from Moro.

The 'kidnapped' man had been identified as Abdul Latif of Larkana who worked for an NGO. Police suspected that the man might have been kidnapped while travelling from Hyderabad to Sukkur.

DEMO: Activists of the Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz, Primary Teachers Association and PPP staged a demonstration at Mungia Mori near Darya Khan Mari against kidnapping of a landlord on Wednesday.

They said that Usman Rajpar had been kidnapped on Tuesday and his motorcycle was found from sugarcane field. They demanded his immediate recovery.
