Young doctors all across the country went on a strike called by the Young Doctors Association (YDA) of Punjab, demanding increase in salaries, leaving thousands of patients unattended.
According to the Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi, only 400 patients were treated on Tuesday against the daily average of 1,800 patients. Several patients have lost their lives due to the strike. – Photos by Agencies
