LHC to hear case calling for Musharraf's removal from records

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has approved a petition for hearing which calls for the name of former president General (R) Pervez Musharraf to be removed from official records of the Presidency.

According to the petition filed by former president Rafique Tarar the current assembly has not endorsed any decision taken by the former president therefore he holds no constitutional weight.
