US Embassy rejects report of Davis’s hunger strike

LAHORE: A US official who killed two Pakistanis in Lahore has reportedly gone on hunger strike in Kot Lakhpat jail. Raymond Davis claimed that he is on hunger strike because he is not being provided proper food and adequate facilities, reported DawnNews.

US Embassy, however, contradicted the report and termed it ridiculous. Jail officials also stated that Davis in not on hunger strike.
