KARACHI: Two intelligence personnel were murdered in the Bin Qasim Town area late on Thursday night, police said.

The two men were shot in the head and their bodies were found close to Baloch Para near Bakhtawar Goth in the limits of Sukhan police station. Police found two bullet casings, one of 9mm and the other of 30 bore pistol, SP Bin Qasim Tanvir Odho said.

Some papers found on the bodies identified the men as Sepoys Safeer Khan and Imdad Chandio of Military Intelligence. The authorities concerned confirmed the identities of the men.

“The place where the incident has occurred is only frequented by the residents of the Bakhtawar Goth,” an officer at the Sukhan police station said.
