Kiran, who is representing Pakistan Army at the National Games, won gold in the 100m freestyle, 100m backstroke, 100m butterfly and the 100m breaststroke events. She was also part of the Army team that won gold in the 200m relay gold at the Islamabad Sports Complex.

Army now lead the medals table, with nine medals (six gold and three silver) and 137 points. Their sixth gold came from Ghulam Sakeena, who won the 400m individual medley event.
