RAWALPINDI: A young girl was allegedly abducted by a man and raped in the limits of Westridge police area, police said on Wednesday. Father of the rape victim, a resident of Allabad, registered an FIR with the police saying that he had six children. He said his 17-year-old daughter who was under matric who also lives in the house narrated her ordeal when he returned home in the evening.

He said that his daughter told him that a man trapped her and took her to his house and forcibly raped her.

He said he left his house at 7am to earn his livelihood, while his daughter left her house at 7.15am.

He said after he started searching for her for the whole day, she returned back to her house at 7.30pm and narrated her story.

Police have registered an FIR under sections 376A and 376 for rape.
