KARACHI: The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) announced the results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Class 10 General Group Regular and Private annual examinations for the year 2026 on Tuesday evening.

All the top three positions in the General Group were secured by girls.

Tooba Fatima of Iqra Haffaz Girls Secondary School secured the first position with 90.27 per cent marks, Amna Asad of Lycee Bahadurabad School was second with securing 87.82pc marks and Safiyah Munawer, also of Iqra Haffaz Girls Secondary School, was third with 87.73pc marks.

The results were announced by BSEK’s Controller of Examinations Ahmed Khan Chhutto. He said that 15,446 candidates registered in the General Group Regular and Private examinations whereas 14,749 candidates appeared in the examinations, as 697 were absent.
