US Vice President JD Vance says that negotiations with Iran “have gone extremely well” and that Washington is “working to ensure that the progress we have made continues”, Al Jazeera reports.
He says that President Donald Trump’s “instructions are clear: to press ahead to reach an agreement and to negotiate in good faith”, adding, “we see significant momentum amongst those within the Iranian regime who are seeking to turn a new page.”
