US is going to pursue constructive dialogue and agreements with Iran, hoping that it will lead to “a positive outcome”, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says while speaking at the Gulf Cooperation Council-US joint ministerial meeting.
If Iran is interested in becoming a “nation-state that focuses on the well-being of their own people,” US would be willing to help despite their differences, Rubio has said.
