Lebanese death toll rises to 3,798: health ministry

The Lebanese Ministry of Health says that 3,798 people have been killed since Israeli attacks began on March 2, with 11,781 others also injured, according to Al Jazeera.

It adds that 15 people have been killed and 82 injured in Israeli attacks in the past 24 hours.
