Rubio says US has not offered Iran sanctions relief just for reopening the Strait of Hormuz

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has told Senators that the Trump administration has not offered Iran sanctions relief in exchange just for opening the Strait of Hormuz, adding that any sanctions relief will be based on Tehran meeting conditions relating to its nuclear programme, Reuters reports.
