Hezbollah says its fighters clashing with Israeli troops in south Lebanon

The Lebanese group Hezbollah says its fighters carried out a missile strike on an Israeli Merkava tank in Qantara and clashed with the invading troops on the road to the southern town, Al Jazeera reports.

The announcement follows a claim of another hit on an Israeli Merkava tank on the Taybeh-Qantara road, as well as clashes with Israeli troops in the area of Deir Siryan.
