Iran says US-Israeli attack targeted rescue teams in Tehran

A US-Israeli attack has targeted rescue workers while they were removing rubble at a bombing site in Tehran, Al Jazeera reports citing the Tasnim news agency.

The agency reported that the site of the rescue operation was hit by three projectiles.
