Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref says energy and food reserves are in “good condition”, Al Jazeera reports.

“There is no concern about the supply of energy, fuel and basic goods,” Aref said in a statement published by ISNA news agency.

He added that “necessary plans have been made to continue the normal life of the people” but did not elaborate further.

“Distribution networks, banking services and payment systems are operating without interruption and normal life is going on in the country,” Aref said.
