Israel says it has begun striking Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, shortly after the military was ordered to destroy bridges used by the group across the Litani River, AFP reports.
“The IDF has begun a wide wave of strikes against [the] Hezbollah terrorist organisation infrastructure in southern Lebanon,” the Israeli military has said on X.
