The country may face a dengue outbreak — from September 20 till December 5 — as large swathes of the country remain inundated due to floods, the PMD said in an advisory today.
The just solution lies in India addressing the issue through a trilateral dialogue involving the legitimate representatives of the Kashmiri people and Pakistan.
