Data from the Flood Forecasting Division (FFD) showed an increase in water levels as an exceptionally high flood level at Ganda Singh Wala on the Sutlej (319,295 cusecs) and Sidhnai on the Ravi River (157,580) persisted as of 8pm.

Meanwhile, a large quantity of water was recorded flowing through the Chenab River, with a very high flood detected at the Marala (463,635 cusecs) and Khanki headworks (564,172 cusecs).
