All public and private educational institutions in Sialkot will remain closed from September 1 to September 5 in light of the flood, the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reports.
In a notification issued by the office of Deputy Commissioner Saba Asghar Ali, it was noted that educational institutions will remain closed to “ensure the safety of students, teachers, and other staff”.
