In its latest update, Israel’s military claims to have destroyed military infrastructure and killed Hamas fighters in several areas of Gaza, including Khan Younis and northern Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

The destroyed sites include tunnels and other underground infrastructure in Khan Younis, said the military.

“In the northern Gaza Strip, [Israeli military] troops are continuing to locate and dismantle infrastructure above and below ground,” it said.

Israeli military strikes have also killed numerous civilians, including several children, near central Gaza’s Nuseirat refugee camp.
