Activists with the Freedom Flotilla Coalition say an Israeli Heron drone has been “actively circling” the Handala vessel, which is trying to bring desperately needed aid to the Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera reports.

The vessel is 90 nautical miles from the Palestinian enclave, the coalition said in a post on X.

“We must demand immediate action for Gaza. Pressure your governments to stop enabling genocide and let the Handala proceed safely to Gaza,” the group said.
