Death toll in Gaza since dawn rises to 44

Medical sources in hospitals across Gaza tell Al Jazeera that at least 44 people have been killed in Israeli attacks since this morning.

At least 14 Palestinians were killed near a US- and Israel-backed aid distribution site in Rafah in southern Gaza, the report added.
