Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Aljubeir has welcomed the ceasefire between Pakistan and India, according to a post by the Foreign Office (FO) on X.
“Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar received a call from the Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel Aljubeir, who welcomed the ceasefire understanding between Pakistan and India,” the FO wrote.
Dar “appreciated Saudi Arabia’s positive and constructive role in promoting peace and security in South Asia”, the post added.
