PM Shehbaz has said the Pakistan army was perpetually prepared to “knock enemy planes off into the sea”.

“Respected speaker, five days back, India was gloating over its purchase of Rafale jets … and these jets flew from there in combat form, but our air force was also prepared,” he said.

The premier then proceeded to thank and congratulate Air Chief Zaheer Babar for the swift response. “They locked the communication of the Indian jets, forcing them to withdraw,” Shehbaz stated.

He added that 80 Indian jets targeted six Pakistani cities last night, but we “were completely prepared”.
