While some Palestinians have made their way out of Shujayea, others have been unable to leave because there are Israeli quadcopters and drones shooting at people leaving their houses, Palestinian journalist Hind Khoudary reports for Al Jazeera.

“We have heard an appeal from one family based in the heart of the neighbourhood. They are calling for any international organisations to evacuate them from the area. They say they have no food, no water. Some of them have been injured and need medical assistance,” she said.
