RAWALPINDI: A teenage girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a man in Kallar Syedan, police said.

The victim’s father, a resident of Shahbagh Azad Kashmir, lodged an FIR with the police, saying that her cdaughter, a 9th grade student, went missing at 3.30 pm, and at 6.30 pm, the alleged rapist dropped her off outside her house .

The victim’s father stated that his daughter narrated her ordeal to him, claiming that she was taken away by the accused to his house, where he subjected her to rape.

Police said the accused had been working at a shop located in front of the girl’s house.
