UN Women has said that around 80 per cent of Gazan mothers are “skipping meals to feed their children” as famine looms over the Palestinian enclave.
In a post on X, the UN’s agency for women said, “We reiterate the call for an immediate ceasefire and safe provision of humanitarian aid across Gaza.”
