The Israeli army says intensive fighting between troops and Palestinian fighters continues in southern, western, and northern Gaza as the air force conducts air strikes, Al Jazeera reports.
The army said on X its forces killed several Hamas members and captured others in central Gaza in the past day. In Khan Younis in southern Gaza, several Hamas sites were raided and fighters killed, according to a military statement.
Weapons — including rocket-propelled grenades, Kalashnikov assault rifles, and ammunition — were seized, it added.
