7-year-old trapped in car in central Gaza after it was fired on, PRCS says

The Palestine Red Crescent Society has said that a 7-year-old girl has been trapped by Israeli tanks in central Gaza inside her family’s vehicle for several hours after it was fired upon — killing all her family.

The PRCS said the girl is the only person alive in the vehicle after it was targeted by Israeli forces earlier Monday. It said her father and four siblings were killed.

“Our teams continue to communicate with the girl to calm her down,” the PRCS said.
