Israeli war cabinet member Benny Gantz has said the next steps in Gaza’s bombardment will also be strong, profound and surprising, Al Jazeera reports.
“We will continue to target infrastructure and tunnels, and the war will continue and expand,” he said
“We are in the government out of a partnership of destiny, and everyone expects us to be united.”
He said Israel is facing a challenge it has not faced since the founding of the country.
