WATCH: Doctors in Gaza use phone lights for operations as fuel supplies run out

Mohammed Qandeel, a doctor in Khan Younis, Gaza, is left with no choice but to use phone lights for operations as hospitals are rationing their dwindling medical and fuel supplies due to Israel’s “total blockade”.

Al Jazeera says doctors have even had to operate on patients without anaesthetic and use vinegar to treat infected wounds.
