ISLAMABAD: Robbers and thieves struck at various places in the capital, police said on Friday.

Four persons raided a house in I-10/1 and made off with Rs8.6 million cash while three gunmen intercepted Saifur Rehman on Jawa Road and looted Rs362,000 cash, mobile phones and laptop. Similarly, three robbers held Safdar Ali at gunpoint in H-13 and robbed him off cash and mobile phone.

Thieves disguised as maids stole Rs385,000 and 15 tola gold ornaments from a house in I-8/2 while a thief stole $3,800 cash, LED, fridge, microwave oven, laptop and other items from an office in G-13/1.
