KARACHI: United Bank Ltd said on Thursday its consolidated earnings for July-September amounted to Rs6.5 billion, down 4pc from a year ago.

Along with the result, the bank also announced a dividend of Rs4 per share.Consolidated income of Allied Bank Ltd for the third quarter of 2022 rose 34pc to Rs5.8bn, the bank said in a stock notice.

It also announced a dividend of Rs2 on every share.

ICI Pakistan Ltd told investors its earnings for July-September were Rs1.8bn, down 50pc from a year ago.

Arif Habib Ltd said the decline was due to the absence of a gain on the re-measurement of existing interest in NutriCo Pakistan, higher taxation and a higher finance cost.

Net profit of Bestway Cement Ltd increased 10.6pc to Rs3.3bn for July-September, the company said in a stock notice.

It also announced a cash dividend of Rs4 per share.

Meanwhile, Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Ltd said on Thursday it has applied to list Globe Residency REIT on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Once approved, it’ll become Pakistan’s first listed developmental real estate investment trust. The REIT fund size is Rs2.8bn, the press release said.
